Our 3-day certification program for the BarOn EQ-i instrument is designed for professionals who work in the area of coaching, recruitment, employee development, leadership development and organizational development.
Completion of the program will certify you for use of the EQ-i and familiarize you with all aspects of the instrument for effective and responsible use. It will also provide you with the information you need to make educated and informed decisions about your employees and/or clients. The program includes:
