EQi

EQi is the first scientifically researched emotional intelligence inventory in the world. It was developed as a result of research at Harvard University and University of Toronto since 1980. It has been used since 1997 in Canada and since 2000 in Finland. It is continuously developed and researched.  Through Kandidata you have a Finnish norm group at your use. Questions are available in over 20 languages.

Quick to fill in via internet

The inventory has 125 questions, you get access via internet. Answering the questions takes about half an hour. You get an Emotional Intelligence profile with 15 qualities including among other things self-regard, assertiveness, interpersonal relationships, stress tolerance, reality testing and optimism.
